Joshua's Project is a faith based mentoring program, whereby men and women of Faith establish and build healthy supportive relationships with ex-offenders as they transition back into society. This program also allows us to work with individuals by utilizing resources available through RNS to ensure needs are addressed and necessary goals are in place and successfully completed.
Mentors are volunteers within the faith based community who are screen and trained and then matched for a successful relationship. Mentors and participants work with Project Coordinators and Mentor Navigators to ensure the success of the success of the program, and in the planning of all family and mentoring activities and outings.
