Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of support or help is available?

We look at each individual case by case and see what needs we can help them meet.  We aim to help people become self sufficient in their own lives by prioritizing their needs and heal from the inside out so everything else can work.  We provide support and guidance for issues such as financial needs, work supports, child care, shelter, literacy, referral to other services and even more.

What does self sufficiency mean?

To be self sufficient means to be able to maintain one's self without outside aid and being able to provide for one's own needs.  It also involves the ability to have confidence in one's own ability and worth.
"Give a man a fish and he eats for a day.  Teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime."

Do I have to belong to a specificl church to access the services you provide?

No, we help guide all people who need any assistance in their lives.

Why "Ministries" -- am I going to be preached to?

Ministries simply means to serve and although spiritual guidance is available it is not a requirement to those that seek our assistance.
